How to create a new support ticket?

The first step is to sign up the Seqr Support Portal. Afterwards you can log in and click on New Support Ticket link.

Now you can fill in the ticket form.

  • Requester - Your email address
  • Subject - What do you need help with?
  • Select language - Choose your language
  • Select country - Choose your country
  • Description - Ask your question here

Why should I create a ticket?

When you create a ticket you will get:

  • Ticket status notifications
  • Access to all your tickets - Tickets history
  • Ability to search through your tickets using search bar
  • Chat history, a ticket will be created based on our Live Chat conversation.
