Where can I pay for my parking with Glase?

You can pay with Glase at all parking meters that have a QR code with Glase's or Seqr's logo.


How do I pay?

  1. Open your Glase app and choose Scan & Pay
  2. Scan the QR code attached to the parking meter
  3. If it's your first time parking with this car you need to enter your registration number. Next time you will simply have to choose your car from the list!
  4. Choose how long you want to park
  5. You will now get a view of the ticket you are about to buy. Press 'Continue' when you've checked that all the information is correct
  6. Approve the purchase with your Glase PIN


How will the parking inspector know that I have paid?

As soon as you've paid your parking fee we will send your registration number and the time period you've paid for to the parking company. That way the parking inspectors will be able to find your parking information in their systems.


Can I extend my parking in the app?

Yes! You don't have to scan the QR code again, just follow the steps below.

  1. Go to 'Services' and then 'Parking' in the menu
  2. Choose the ticket you want to prolong
  3. Enter the new end time and date
  4. You will now get a view of the ticket you are about to buy. Press 'Continue' when you've checked that all the information is correct
  5. Approve the purchase with your Glase PIN


What should I do if I get charged a control fee?

If you've paid you parking fee with the Glase app you will have your receipt in your app with all information needed on it. Take a screenshot of that and contact the parking company directly to appeal the control fee.


I accidently paid for the wrong registration number, what should I do?

Unfortunately we cannot edit a purchased ticket, so you need to contact the parking company for further help.
