You can use your bank (debit) or credit card to top up your Glase Account fast and easily. What's more, to do so, you just need to provide us with basic personal information (First name, Last name, date of birth and email address), so there is no need to fill in bank account forms or ID scan*.


How can I top up my Glase Account?

There is a card icon located in the top right of the screen. Tap on it.
Go to your available Accounts (from start you will have only Glase Account added) by tapping on 'Open' button.


Now choose the amount you'd like to top up your Glase Account with.
Swipe left to see possible actions for this account.


Insert your card details and tap 'TOP UP'. Note that you can use your smartphones camera to scan card details (those details will not be saved anywhere by Glase).
Tap TOP UP.


Confirm with your Glase PIN.
You can also find a 'Card top up' option on Accounts list


To provide extra security 3-D Secure authentication is required. 3-D Secure is a protocol designed to be an additional security layer for online credit and debit card transactions.
Insert your card details and amount you wish to top up your Glase Account with. Note that you can use your smartphones camera to scan card details (those details will not be saved anywhere by Glase).




You then might be forwarded to an Internet Browser to your bank's 3-D Secure form. This can be SMS confirmation, login form or security questions (depends on your bank). Once confirmed Glase Account top-up is finalised.

Is Card Top-Up safe?

Yes it is! As you noticed we are using 3-D Secure as an additional security layer. That way it is only you who can use your card. Even if your card was stolen, no-one else would be able to use your card details to top up his Glase Account.


*Are there any limitations?

Yes. Glase allows you to perform 3 top-ups per day. We also use Smart Limits, which are individual for each customer. These limits depend on registration progress (ID scanned, email confirmed, address added, etc) and your history with us. Generally the more you trust us, the more we trust you.


What is the service fee?

There is a fee of 2% to use the card top up service. Don't forget that you can always connect your bank account or an invoice account* for free!
